I have several writings that I have done and I am currently submitting work to publishers to get my writings published. In my own way I have published my first book titled The Art Flame that can be found as a text or read aloud on the platform Medium here. Also I read aloud the entire book on my podcast which is called Art/Life Art/Limitless Living and can be linked to here. You can link to that at the bottom of any page of this website as well.

Meditations

I create a style of meditation which I call life art meditation. It was inspired heavily by my indirect work with many different teachers and has grown out of a traditional mindfulness approach. Teaching
