Coaching

I will meet with you one on one either in person or via Zoom and do my utmost to help you in some way with the wisdom, knowledge and experience I hold within myself. I am currently working on the technical set up for scheduling and facilitating meetings. You can email me directly at jonkkeppel@gmail.com if you are interested in working together. I will tell you straight away that I have no prefabricated way of organizing any meeting we may have. I am interested in earnestly listening to your situation and responding intuitively with the knowledge, wisdom and resources that I have available.  

Books

I have several writings that I have done and I am currently submitting work to publishers to get my writings published. In my own way I have published my first book titled The Art Flame that can be found as a text or read aloud on the platform Medium here. Also I read aloud the entire book on my podcast which is called Art/Life Art/Limitless Living and can be linked to here. You can link to that at the bottom of any page of this website as well.

Speaking Engagements

I am currently offering a 40-minute plus optional Q & A session on the topic of finding your voice as a writer, author and/or speaker. It is titled You Are Your Voice! and is a deep dive into connecting with your authentic being as you move forward with sharing your own unique individual message. There is a full color slide show that goes along with it. The talk is delivered live from a writing that I have prepared. Meditations

I create a style of meditation which I call life art meditation. It was inspired heavily by my indirect work with many different teachers and has grown out of a traditional mindfulness approach. They are all currently free and my gift to you! I plan to eventually make more meditations, visualizations, talks and so forth available for sale that go much deeper into these processes.  

Teaching

I instruct both in person and online the principles of life art. For a lesson in Life Art 101, with historical background given and a vision for the future click here.
