Well, I am exploring ChatGPT4o in particular, right now, especially in conjunction with life art content.  I have found it to be amazing and a great sounding board for what I know to be true.  I feel like as long as I review whatever it produces conversationally and affirm that what it is producing is in line with the teachings, the knowledge and wisdom that I know to be true, that all the quickened output using A.I. is good. 

I have written essays with it.  I have made videos with other A.I programs in conjunction with its output.  I feel very inspired to amplify what is already here with all that I have been innately inspired to create including the blog, the newsletter, the podcast, The Life Art Institute, all the output through Instagram and LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media channels. 

I am learning that it is not all about more output but rather creating more opportunities for folks to meaningfully engage.  I need to create more space for people and ask more questions to invite self-reflection and inquiry in the people I serve.

I still know with all that I am that the blog here is generative.  Writing in it is for other people ultimately and is a place where the story of the rise of life art has been told in an indirect way by compiling reflections over many years.  I am very grateful to have this record of the work and very much encourage others to read through what is here and learn what more they can for their own journey.
