Movements Within Movements

All opinions expressed are my own and not those of my employer.

I am feeling called and inspired to write more blog posts now.  It is from watching a few art documentaries, mostly on Marcel Duchamp but also the general shifts and changes within my own life sphere and realm.

I have a feeling that I can just continue to write a page or two in length for both the blog and an online platform where I post my writings during the time of my life called Medium.  This may be instead of writing a whole book.  I will review that I have written a 50,000 word rough draft manuscript that is part memoir, part philosophical treatise, part instructional guide.  It sits within the bits and pixels of my computer and also is on an end table in our spare room downstairs printed on paper.  I have written a much shorter book or kind of booklet I called The Art Flame which I published on Medium and also read aloud on the podcast I create.

Then there is the work titled The Life Artist Course (The Jewel of My Teaching) which I sometimes refer to also as A Path to Mindful Love in Action.  That is published on Medium as well.  And also on my website.  The Art Flame was published also on The Life Art Institute which is an online place for learning about and discussing life art housed as what is called a Mighty Network.  There is also the blog itself which as of today has two parts, the first part which spans roughly from 2017 or 2018 to 2025 and is indicated in later parts of the blog.  That is housed on my website.  The website is www.jonkeppel.com.  I have also printed it out for my own reference here at the house in which I live.  It is an indirect reference of the rise of life art in my own life and I believe for historical posterity.

I say these things here also so that there are breadcrumbs for myself and others to get this work out into the world.  I feel like I should be working more on this truly.  I do feel sometimes, many times, that I would like to live with some of the positive effects of this work living in the world more.  And the world sure could use the good effects of this work, especially now.

I also had other books that I have started and stopped with a couple of times.  There is The Art Flame, Life Art, The Life Artist Course, a book I was to call Living, another I was to call Limitless Living and also one I was to call Untitled.

I feel the power of writing into this blog.  And to reiterate like I have before, this blog is very much inspired by the letters of Vincent Van Gogh who believed in the simplicity and power of Love.

I have no idea why I haven’t been writing more in the blog.  I miss it terribly.  I would like to write much more, perhaps go to a café with a laptop on my days off (if I can manage to purchase a laptop) and write to my heart’s content what I must say to and for myself and to and for the world, for others, not the just an abstraction called the world but also for that as that abstraction sometimes called the world becomes an artifact that is referenced when human beings and now artificial intelligence reflect on the state of spacetime as it arises here on Earth.

There is so very much to say truly.  And it is very, very invigorating to be here writing at my work desk.

Up until this point for a year to a few years I had anticipated putting more energy and effort into the translation of life art into a library context.  I feel free here writing to readers mostly in the future who I know will seek solace and satisfaction in these words later on.

It is also very liberating hitting the return key whenever I feel inspired to not worrying at all about grammar per se.  There is a freeing art to it.  Oh I remember the days I was in Paris, New York City, Amsterdam, Madrid, Barcelona and many more and all was a lesson in the world, for art and just the nature of life and humanity.
