Beautiful Potential

I know that there is a potential for life art to branch out into as many branches as there are walks of life and I think that is beautiful.  I do believe in my life that at least for this past season my life has been about life as service as art.

The myriad ways that one can live their life is a testament to the spontaneous diversity that is prevalent in nature and in humanity as an extension of nature.  That all being said, there is something in me that truly does believe that Love with a capital “L” is what is at the center of all of those.  That to me includes love with a small “l.” 

But that Love that is at the center of all of us and all that there is, is the life art that I speak of.  It is the Love and love that circulates life.  I write this as It, I believe.  I write this as Love.  I have come to know things in this way on my own through the course of my life. 

You could be a dancer, an architect, a bus driver, a therapist, a grocer, a farmer, a computer scientist, a roofer.  You could enjoy painting, ice skating, playing the banjo, crocheting, skydiving.  You could feel peace when washing dishes, reading to your children, playing golf, volunteering at a foodbank, walking the dog, folding clothes.  You could enjoy Chinese food, Italian food, Greek food, Ethiopian food, American food.  You could enjoy being alone.  You could be a social butterfly.  You could do so many different things, all as life art. 

Last night I watched and listened to an interview with author of the books Sapiens and Nexus, Yuval Noah Harari talking about artificial intelligence.  At the very end he talks about our way forward including the cultivation of wisdom and that there may be a time now for a spiritual revolution to answer the rise of artificial intelligence.  Life art I feel is that answer.  Or at least an answer for the time being.  As we continue to evolve and grow as a species, concepts, schools of thought and ways of being may fall away but I believe that Love with a capital “L” should continue to reign supreme. 

Search your heart.  The goodness is there, within.  It is here.  Look within yourself.  There is only truly Love there.  If you find that there is no Love, look again.  Close your outer eyes and open your inner eye.  It is there waiting for you, as you.  You are this Love, the most powerful force in the universe.  Know this deeply.  Know thyself and you shall radiate an infinite awakening.
